FRISCO ISD
CONVOCATION / TEACHER OF THE YEAR CEREMONY

This was our third annual Frisco Convocation held at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco. In 2021, despite dealing with restrictions and constantly-changing plans from Covid-19, we executed a 11 graduation events in one weekend. The key objective was to extend the experience of school spirit and community beyond the stadiums for friends and loved ones participating virtually.

To pay special tribute to the nearly 9,000 teachers throughout Frisco ISDs, we tried something new with a laser show to put the spotlight back on our hardworking teachers. Two of our large LED walls displayed an amazing Virtual Pledge of Allegiance for those in-person and at home taking part in the festivities.

We handled:

  • Custom staging

  • Live feeds switching

  • Large LED video walls

  • Live web streaming

  • Sound

  • Logo creation to display each graduate crossing the stage
