A client for more than 10 years, Avaya came to Media West with the goal to hyper-engage their 1,200+ user group forum broadcast around the world to 600+ attendees – both live via general and hybrid sessions. With their trademark precision, tenacity and originality, Media West tackled this global, hybrid event with fervor, developing CADS and full color renderings to formulate a seven-screen set design. This allowed for flexibility to showcase content both together as one canvas or individual content. In return, audiences were infused with energy and fully engaged.
