Immersive touchpoints for comprehensive launch and brand delivery
Media West partnered with long-time client Alcon on the multi-phase launch of PRECISION7®, which began in April and culminated in November 2024.
The pre-launch Innovator Program offered an exclusive sneak peek to top optometrists in eye care. Over two days, industry leaders participated in general sessions, networking events, breakout sessions, and a thoughtfully crafted PRECISION7® experience featuring a fit bar and an interactive product showcase.
Media West designed the custom set with curved LED walls, a fully branded networking area, and an exhibit experience tailored for the VIPs. Our team managed every detail, from display fabrication and decor to audio-visuals, live production, and speaker coaching. Highlights included a dramatic lens-shaped entrance, oversized Polaroid photo stations inspired by the “days of the week” theme, branded banners and clings, and striking neon “7” centerpieces.
Despite a tight overnight turnaround, we delivered an immersive launch that generated excitement, encouraged product trials, and provided valuable insights to propel future phases.
