Orchestrating annual events on both domestic and global stages is a cornerstone of how we consistently deliver for our valued insurance client. Once again, Media West was ready to go global, producing this year’s program in Sorrento, Italy, for an audience of over 500 attendees.

Over the course of two and a half days, we oversaw all aspects of production, from set design and content creation to on-site logistics. Our team developed custom visual elements, including screens, graphics, banner art, and hotel signage to enhance the event’s theme. We also delivered a range of diverse entertainment inspired by Italian culture, including opera singers and a branded karaoke experience, creating unforgettable moments that fostered camaraderie.
