Frisco ISD

One of our most engaging and creative Convocation ceremonies took place for Frisco ISD with a Family Feud-inspired theme. Media West has proudly provided production for this event since 2016, continually building on innovative ways to involve all attendees. For the ceremony held at The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, we supplied a comprehensive range of audiovisual needs, including staging, lighting, scenic elements, and drape. To amplify audience participation, we installed two 13’ x 24’ LED walls, enabling participants to engage from anywhere in the venue. Collaboration with key client and community stakeholders, including the district superintendent, ensured precise execution and an inspiring experience for all. Our extensive venue experience is a unique advantage, allowing us to help clients optimize every detail for events of this scale and create experiences that resonate long after the event concludes.
