Big 12 Conference

This showcases our eighth year producing one of football’s most anticipated events – Big12MediaDays – for the first time in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium.

Our team handled every technical aspect, from field audio, stage and broadcast lighting, to LED walls, video switching, graphic support, turf setup, and player content. We also provided interview pods for players and coaches, complete with staging, small audio packages, and hardware for the schools’ step-and-repeat banners.

Thanks in close collaboration with the Allegiant Stadium Operations Team and LDWW, the event was executed perfectly. Media West delivered precision execution for the live filming of the Big 12 Now broadcast during Media Days, aired on ESPNU.
