Production transformation on the red carpet
Media West worked alongside Dick Clark Productions for the Academy of Country Music Awards at the Omni Frisco ballroom, transforming the Red Carpet room into the After Party venue in under two hours. We provided all drape, staging, audio systems, and labor to manage the fast-paced changeover and event demands.
Pre-show, we worked closely with the Dallas Cowboys Event Presentation Team supporting the high-profile Lifting Lives Charity event at the Cowboys Club at The Star in Frisco with stage management, featuring artists like Lainey Wilson and Lily Rose. We also supplied audio systems, video switching, lighting and labor for the ACM VIP Pre-Reception and Miller Lite Pre-Show Reception.
Our A-game crew and A-game partners maintained the collective goal to entertain at the highest level.
